In this role, you鈥檒l create exceptional dishes, contribute to innovative menu development and oversee daily kitchen operations, all while ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You鈥檒l mentor junior team members, uphold the highest food safety standards and help keep the kitchen running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What you鈥檒l do:
- Prepare high-quality dishes across a variety of kitchen sections, including a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service and banquets
- Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas that elevate the guest dining experience
- Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training and support to help them grow
- Apply diverse cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishes
- Maintain a clean, organized and compliant kitchen that meets all food safety standards
- Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure smooth kitchen operations
