We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and drive new revenue opportunities across corporate, wholesale, inbound and MICE segments. This is a dynamic role for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building strong client relationships and generating new business.
With two days per week dedicated to proactive field sales, you will be out in market meeting clients, identifying opportunities and positioning our hotel and the wider La Maison and Accor network as the destination of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business opportunities across corporate, wholesale, inbound, retail travel agent and MICE segments
Manage and grow the hotel鈥檚 top-performing key accounts
Conduct external sales calls, client meetings, presentations and networking to drive revenue
Identify and convert new market opportunities aligned with the hotel鈥檚 strategy
Negotiate rates, contracts and commercial agreements
Collaborate closely with Revenue, Reservations, Conference & Events and operational teams to maximise results
Represent the hotel and Accor brand at industry events, tradeshows and client engagements
Maintain strong reporting and pipeline management through the hotel鈥檚 sales systems
