Key Responsibilities:
⢠Develop and implement strategies to achieve banquet sales targets.
⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other stakeholders.
⢠Create tailored proposals and negotiate contracts to meet client needs and hotel profitability goals.
⢠Collaborate closely with the banquet operations team and other departments to ensure flawless event execution.
⢠Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
⢠Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
⢠Provide regular sales reports, monthly forecasts and annually budgets to the senior management team.
