Prepare and serve beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency, precision, and attention to detail at every stage of the guest experience.
Create unique, tailored cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques, in line with the hotel鈥檚 brand and vision.
Provide a warm, engaging, and intuitive service to guests, confidently recommending drinks based on preferences and offering a personalized experience.
Ensure that all drinks served meet quality, presentation, and timing standards in accordance with FORBES standards and brand expectations.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of the full beverage offering, including classic and signature cocktails, wines, champagnes, and premium spirits.
Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer solutions, ensuring seamless and memorable service at all times.
Collaborate closely with the Bar Manager and team to support new menu development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and creative concepts.
Keep the bar area immaculate and organized at all times, ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels during service, report low stock or quality issues, and support in stock rotation and inventory procedures as required.
Assist in training new team members by demonstrating exemplary product knowledge, technique, and service etiquette.
Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and discreetly, always aiming to recover service and exceed expectations.
Support the broader Food & Beverage team in delivering a seamless, luxurious experience across all outlets.
