As Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will take charge of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of presentation, quality, and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing your section, preparing a range of hot and cold breakfast dishes, and contributing to the overall guest experience in a calm, efficient, and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the breakfast section, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of all dishes.
Ensure all dishes meet Sofitel's quality and brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Work closely with the Sous Chef and other departments to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
Assist in menu development, especially with regard to seasonal and dietary-specific offerings.
Train and support junior kitchen staff during breakfast shifts.
Manage stock control for the breakfast section, ensuring proper rotation and minimal waste.
Maintain communication with front-of-house staff to ensure guest needs and special requests are met.
