The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance the hotel's brand presence, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. This role oversees marketing campaigns, digital presence, partnerships, and promotional activities aligned with the hotel鈥檚 commercial objectives.
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to ensure effective positioning of the hotel within the competitive hospitality market in Makkah, particularly during peak seasons such as Hajj and Umrah.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the hotel鈥檚 services, rooms, and facilities.
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Oversee the hotel鈥檚 brand positioning and ensure alignment with the global standards of Accor.
Coordinate marketing activities with the Sales and Revenue teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and tourism stakeholders.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Plan and promote seasonal offers, packages, and special promotions targeting both local and international guests.
Supervise marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, website content, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and enhance the hotel's online reputation across booking platforms and review channels.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the hospitality market.
