What you will be doing:
- Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk, ensuring all service standards are consistently met through warm, engaging, and personalized service
- Actively support the Front Desk operation by welcoming guests, completing check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest requests, and settling accounts as needed
- Proactively create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs, adding personalized touches, and recognizing guest preferences
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, coordinating with the appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and effective follow-up
- Promote hotel facilities, services, and experiences with confidence, identifying opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through thoughtful up-selling and recommendations
- Provide real-time coaching and guidance to colleagues on the floor, leading by example and reinforcing luxury service standards
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Guest Services, Concierge, Royal Service, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
