Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, responsibilities and essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Assist guests with menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Take table orders for all food and beverage from the guests.
- Serve guests in a professional and positive manner
- Work behind the bar as a bar server on occasions
- Ensuring the smooth running of each table
- Clear and set out tables ready for next guests
- Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service
- Exhibit sincere hospitality. Go above and beyond for the guest. Be obsessed with guest satisfaction.
- Understand shift end reports in the outlet and the Point of Sale System
- Understand all reservations systems and iPad systems for seating charts
- Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
- Knowledge of allergen required
- Follow brand policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Follow hotel time and attendance policy
- Follow grooming and attire guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
