Primary Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and providing a warm, professional first point of contact
- Valet parking guest vehicles with care
- Offering personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, attractions, and transportation
- Assisting Front Office with arrivals and departures
- Coordinating transportation services such as taxis, shuttles, or private drivers
- Handling guest requests, special arrangements, and unique needs promptly
- Managing luggage assistance or storage when needed
- Providing directions, maps, and local area information
- Communicating guest needs to other hotel departments to ensure seamless service
This role is Part Time (Minimum 8 hours per week) - Must hold full NZ working rights.
