We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operations across the hotel鈥檚 main kitchen and banqueting events. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a creative pastry professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional desserts and baked creations at scale.
Working closely with the Executive Chef and culinary leadership team, you will oversee the production of desserts, pastries, and baked goods for Coco鈥檚 Kitchen + Bar, in-room dining, and a diverse range of conferences, weddings, and events. You will play a key role in shaping the hotel鈥檚 pastry offering, mentoring the team and ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity and consistency.
