Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day banquet operations across conferences, weddings and private events.
- Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to deliver exceptional, consistent service.
- Assist with rostering, recruitment, and payroll to maintain a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and guest experience.
- Manage guest feedback professionally, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
- Assist with inventory, stock control and equipment setup for events.
