In this hands on role, you will:
- Work alongside the F&B Manager to supervise daily operations across the restaurant, bar and conferencing events when required.
- Provide the team support, guidance, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure guests and patrons receive an experience that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all F&B areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standard operating practices
- Work independently on shifts and support the Food & Beverage Manager as required
