Oversee the planning and execution of marketing and communications strategies that support the hotel’s brand positioning, business goals, and public image.
Manage all media relations, advertising, promotions, and publication materials to ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with corporate standards.
Collaborate with internal departments to support sales, F&B, and Talent & Culture initiatives through effective communication tools and campaigns.
Act as the hotel’s liaison to external media and community partners, including handling crisis communications and public relations opportunities.
Lead the MarCom team to deliver creative, timely, and impactful content across print, digital, and event-based platforms.
