What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Excutive Pastry Chef, you'll be supporting our all-day dining business, offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and other dining experiences:
- Using your skill and experience, you will be crucial in ensuring our Pastry kitchen continues to excel in producing the most creative and innovative products
- Operating, as an amazing team player, both hands-on in the Pastry kitchen, and supporting the Executive Pastry Chef in line managing the team and supporting the entire brigade
- Maintaining a can-do and problem-solving attitude, you will be passionate about the highest possible standards and will have great eye for detail
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way
- Bringing delicious, creative and bespoke flavours and creations to our guests’ tables.
- Making sure our operation runs without hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth and our food hygiene standards are sky-high.
