Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Consistently delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Leading and supervising the Reception and Transportation teams while upholding all service standards
- Handling Owner and Guest concerns with urgency and care, documenting issues and notifying the appropriate departments
- Attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings
- Assigning daily tasks based on operational needs and workflow
- Balancing operational, administrative, and Colleague needs
- Assisting Owners and Guests with hotel information and services in an informative, helpful manner
- Coordinating Owner and Guest arrival and departure schedules
- Managing daily transportation logistics
- Serving as Manager on Duty as assigned
- Following departmental policies, procedures, and service standards
- Adhering to all safety policies
- Performing other duties as assigned
