SLS Playa Mujeres, part of SLS Hotels and Ennismore | Accor, is looking for a Director of Leisure Sales to lead and grow our leisure segment in one of the most competitive and exciting destinations in the Caribbean.
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving strategic partnerships, expanding international markets, and positioning SLS Playa Mujeres as a preferred luxury lifestyle destination for leisure travelers.
We are looking for a dynamic sales leader with strong industry relationships, deep knowledge of the leisure segment, and a proven track record in revenue generation.
- Develop and execute the leisure sales strategy aligned with hotel revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, travel agencies, and consortia in key international markets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the hotel鈥檚 global leisure footprint.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnerships to maximize production and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Distribution teams to optimize performance.
- Represent the hotel at international trade shows, industry events, and sales missions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a strong competitive position.
