Ensure accurate financial processes including guest billing, shift revenue reconciliation, and correct posting of charges.
Support smooth daily operations by adhering to service times, ensuring staff competence and sales maximisation, and working flexibly across a 7鈥慸ay rotating roster with early and late shifts.
