As part of our leadership team, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the restaurant team in providing seamless, professional, and personalised service.
- Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate and exceed guest needs.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Oversee daily operations including staff allocation, reservations, and service flow.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
