Job Title:ServiceNow Lead Software Engineer
Job Summary.
We are seeking a skilledServiceNowSeniorDeveloperto design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities, follow best practices, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using best practices
Customize ServiceNow applications usingBusiness Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules such asÏTSM,CSM,APO,MCO,FinanceManagement,Employee Centre.
Build and supportintegrationsusing REST, SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
Create and manageService Catalog items, workflows,FlowDesingerandETL,Integration Hub, DataFabric/Zero Copy Connectors
Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues
Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements
Follow SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and change management processes
Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of hands-onServiceNow development experience
Strong experience withJavaScript,REST/SOAPAPIs and integrations
(server-side and client-side)
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
Experience withFinance Managementand MCOprocesses(Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash lifecycle,Accounts payable, Accounts receivable etc)
Familiarity withCMDB, Discovery, andITSM
Experience withotherApplication would be plus likeITOM, HRSD.
Understanding ofACLs, roles, and security best practices
Experience working inAgile/Scrumenvironments
referred Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications such as:
Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Module-specific certifications (CSM,ITSM,MCOetc.)
Experience withServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting
Knowledge ofUI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration
Exposure toDevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework)

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Min7+ Years of experience in Servicenow
