In this position you will work with end-users, analysts, IT teams and key stakeholders to implement/execute for a minimum of 2 areasāAPO,ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, and/or CMDB solutions - leveragingbest technicalpractices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform. What You Will Do:Ā
ā¢Manage andmaintainthe ServiceNow Platform, including configuration, customizations, and
Ā Ā day to day Administration tasks.Ā
ā¢Help design, develop, and implement new features, modules, and functionalities with ServiceNow to
Ā Ā enhancebusiness processes and workflows.
ā¢Collaborate with ServiceNowand business teams to meet business needs, and implement technical
Ā Ā Solutions.
ā¢MonitorSystem performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure
Ā Ā optimaluptime andsystem availability.
ā¢Create andmaintaintechnical documentation, including system design diagrams, process flows,
Ā Ā and configuration details
ā¢Stay knowledgeable of emerging ServiceNow features, capabilities, and best practices, and help
Ā Ā recommendinnovative solutions to drive continuous improvements.
ā¢Help lead cross-functional collaboration to deliver platform enhancements
ā¢HelpMentor and coachteam to foster professional growth, technical excellence, and team cohesion
MinimumRequirements:Ā
⢠Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
⢠Bachelorās degree in computer science or related fieldĀ
ā¢7+years of experience supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development onĀ
Ā Ā the ServiceNow platform in a medium or large enterprise organization
ā¢3+ years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow DesignerĀ
⢠Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow out-of-box applicationssuch asĀ
Ā Ā APO/ITSM/ITOM/CSM/SPM/PA/APM
ā¢Knowledge of AI and ML Capabilities
ā¢Experience working with ServiceNow in a large enterprise
ā¢Ability to contribute and Leadprojects followingAgilemethodologies.Ā
⢠Experience working with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Job, UIĀ
Ā Ā Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies and Catalog UI PoliciesĀ
⢠Experience on Catalog Item, Record Producer, Order Guide,Workflowand Inbound Email Actions.Ā
⢠ExperiencewithAutomation,Scheduled Jobs, Events and Email Notifications, Email Scripting, EmailĀ
Ā Ā Templates.Ā
ā¢Experience with implementingupdate sets, batch sets, and per scrum releasemethodology
