Ecolab is seeking an Auto Line Operator to join our team in Garland, TX. As an Auto Line Operator, youâll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. Youâll operate machinery and equipment, follow standard procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. How Youâll Make an Impact:Â
Operate machinery, process and/or filling equipment to meet production goalsÂ
Set up production lines correctly and perform core Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activitiesÂ
Operate equipment such as fillers, sleeve labelers, cappers, tape machines, bar coders, ink jet printers, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, and lid pressesÂ
Review filling and packaging instructions and ensure correct materials and PPE are availableÂ
Perform quality checks, including taking samples and monitoring fill weightsÂ
Document quality and productivity data accurately in paper or electronic systemsÂ
Assist with line changeovers and wash water collectionÂ
Maintain a clean and safe work environmentÂ
Participate in Kaizens, 5S, and special projects to drive continuous improvementÂ
Identify and help eliminate sources of waste in systems and processes
Position Details:Â
Plant Location: Garland, TX
Work week and shift: 2nd shift or 3rd shift
2nd shift - Monday to Friday - 1:30PM to 9:30PM
3rd shift - Monday to Friday - 9:30PM to 5:30AM
Compensation package offered:Â $26.02 / hour with $0.50 shift differential for 2nd shift, $0.75 shift differential for 3rd shift

Minimum Qualifications:Â
High School diploma or GED
1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment using the following equipment: filler, sleeve labeler, cappers, tape machine, bar coders, ink jet printer, hand wrenches, hand stamps, palletizers, lid presses
1 year of experience working with automated processes in a manufacturing environment
1 year working with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)-Â tablets are used in this role

Position requires lifting/carrying up to 50 lbsÂ
Preferred Qualifications:Â
Experience packaging liquids such as paint, food products, pharmaceuticals, or similar
Hazardous Materials or DOT training
Ability to use basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division of whole numbers, fractions, percentages, and decimalsÂ
Ability to understand and track safety, quality and productivity data, including run rates, fill weights, and averagesÂ
Mechanical aptitudeÂ
Experience with Total Production Management (TPM) & Continuous Improvement SystemsÂ
Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team
