The Connection Planning Manager will be performing as theE2Elead ofFSalways-onyouthrecruitmentcampaigns, including:
Leadalways-on campus recruitment for Sprite and Fanta, partner with TmallCampus,act as the expert ofdigitaland social trends and translate these trends, businessobjectives, and brand strategies into always-on campus activation and channel optimization.
LeadSprite superruralfrom E2E,partner with cross function team of Brand, Commercial & Customer teams, franchise bottler to deliver integratedjourneyto close the loopfromdigital impressions, social conversations,transactionsand advocacy.
Deliver innovative problem-solving techniques andanability to drive material business returns. He/she will have to master the shifting of behavioral trends,new technologyadvancementsand market conditions.âŻâŻ

Requirements & Qualifications
ExperienceâŻâŻ
At least 4 yearsMarketing, media,âŻand leadershipâŻexperienceâŻâŻ
Experience withâŻconnections, digital marketing,âŻmedia strategy and communication planning for leader and smaller brandsâŻ
Preference forâŻindividuals with experience in working in consumer and shopper/commercial plansâŻ
Experience working inâŻcross-functional teamsâŻ
Communicating,âŻinfluence and negotiate across multiple stakeholdersâŻ
Experience inâŻleading strategic conversations,negotiationsand alignment with senior and key stakeholdersâŻ
