Role Summary

The Senior Connection Planning Manager will beperformingas the leader of Fanta 2026 full year consumer& shopperengagement from E2E, including:
Fanta brand equity building in summer: leadpartnershipwith 2 Top ACG gaming IP inmarketmedia investment (digital, OOH, etc.), social and on-ground experiential⌠responsible for full IMC campaign from planning to execution.
Lead tradefocus acceleration plan for transaction and advocacy (theme park& snackingchannel): partner with cross function team of Brand, Commercial & Customer teams, franchise bottler to deliver integrated communications programs to close the loop of digital impressions, social conversations, and actions through to transactions and advocacy.
This person should alwaysact as the expert ofdigitaland social trends and translate these trends, businessobjectives, and brand strategies intoconsumeractivation and channel optimization.
This profile requires a healthy balance of innovative thinking and business pragmatism.

Requirements & Qualifications
ExperienceâŻâŻ
At least 6 years Marketing, media,âŻand leadershipâŻexperienceâŻâŻ
Experience withâŻconnections, digital marketing,âŻmedia strategy and communication planning for leader and smaller brandsâŻ
Preference forâŻindividuals with experience in working in consumer and shopper/commercial plansâŻ
Experience working inâŻcross-functional teamsâŻ
ExpertiseinâŻworking with different external partnersâŻ(i.e.:âŻagencies, production houses, media companies, influencers)âŻ
Communicating,âŻinfluenceand negotiate across multiple stakeholders.Experience inâŻleading strategic conversations,negotiationsand alignment with senior and key stakeholdersâŻ
