As our GTM Associate, you will own the end-to-end customer journey in the UK market. Working directly with the co-CEO and Product Lead, you will deliver high-volume demos, manage seamless onboarding, and drive conversion from trials to paid users. This high-energy generalist role is critical for scaling our impact within the wealth management industry.

What you will do:
Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations to convert high-volume inbound interest and warm leads into paying customers.
Own the customer onboarding process to ensure new users reach ""first value"" quickly while building long-term confidence in the platform.
Launch and run manual experiments across marketing, customer advocacy, and outreach before automating and scaling successful growth strategies.
The ideal candidate:
Has 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within consulting, startups, or sales, demonstrating high agency and a grit-focused mentality.
Is an active AI power user who leverages technology to move 10x faster and amplify their daily output and impact.
Possesses high learning velocity and coachability, with the ability to quickly master the nuances of the financial advice and wealth management industry.
