As Flock’s video output continues to grow in volume, ambition, and operational complexity, the Senior Film Producer role is responsible for owning all pre-production and on-site production logistics that make high-quality video possible.
This role is the backbone of our video production engine. The Senior Film Producer ensures that shoots are planned thoroughly, crews are aligned, customers and partners are informed and comfortable, and productions run smoothly from arrival through wrap. While this role does not own creative direction or post-production, it is critical to ensuring our creative teams can focus on storytelling by removing friction, risk, and uncertainty before cameras roll.
This is a highly hands-on, travel-heavy role that requires exceptional organization, communication, and calm under pressure. The Senior Film Producer will work closely with internal video leads, external freelancers, customers, and cross-functional partners to execute productions that reflect Flock’s brand, values, and operational excellence.
In addition to owning production logistics, this role requires meaningful experience conducting interviews on set. At times, the Senior Film Producer will not only prepare interview subjects and environments, but will also step into the role of interviewer in front of or behind the camera. This requires confidence, presence, and the ability to represent Flock with credibility, empathy and professionalism across a wide range of real-world scenarios.
