As a member of our sales team, you鈥檒l play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on strategic client engagement and acquisition.
Main responsibilities:
-Identifying and acquiring potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Mexico
-Designing and presenting consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends
-Building deep trust-based relationships with clients, acting as their advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising
-Leveraging performance data and insights to identify opportunities
-Preparing and presenting performance reports, insights, and growth forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
-Minimum 4 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing
-Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals
-Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections
Digital Marketing Expertise:
-Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges
-Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns is desirable (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
-Familiarity with attribution models, A/B testing,and tracking technologies (pixels, SDKs, MMPs, etc.) is desirable and useful for client acquisition

-Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous learning attitude
-Analytical rigor and attention to detail
