This is a hybrid role. But it is sometimes required to work onsite.
- Serves as primary point of contact for and liaison for Sales & Aftermarket, supply chain and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best client customer needs.
- Coordinate and support global standardization, including KPIs, SOPs, and planning tools, etc. working with the regions to drive performance improvements and implement scalable business processes
- Tight relationship with Black Belt Team to expand Continuous Improvement projects
- Create and drive continuous improvement of world-class demand management
- Business system excellence, (SAP / QAD)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve workflow bottlenecks, assist in the resolution of key supply/demand and service issues
- Notify Planning and Manufacturing teams of significant forecast or capacity changes in a timely basis
- Assist with the coordination, facilitation, and documentation of regularly scheduled planning meetings
- Monitor the demand plan performance throughout the month to provide detailed input to Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain.
