Job Description
We are seeking a HR Learning and Development Intern for Summer 2026. This role will focus on supporting the Learning and Development team with training content development and delivery and may also assist the Human Resource team with delivery documentation and time sensitive projects. The intern will gain hands-on experience working with a dynamic L&D and HR organization and contribute to projects and initiatives in support of HR strategy.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, or consultation with managers to identify skill gaps.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of existing or new training programs, including new hire orientation, workshops, seminars, and e-learning courses that are aligned with our company values.
- Lead in-person or virtual training sessions, facilitating an interactive learning environment.
- Support with the administration of the LMS.
- Collect and organize data from internal systems.
- Assist in maintaining sensitive employee data.
- Support the team in developing reports and visualizations to track key metrics for HR.
- Present findings in a clear and concise manner to internal stakeholders.
- Other duties assigned.
