In this role, you aren鈥檛 just running equipment; you are the "Technical Pilot" of your station, ensuring high-quality production while providing guidance to the team in the absence of a supervisor.
Your Impact
Drive Results: Operate specialized Service Bureau equipment with a "zero-defect" mindset to meet demanding production schedules.
Technical Leadership: Act as a go-to resource for the team, troubleshooting machine malfunctions and ensuring SOP adherence.
Inventory Ownership: Manage raw materials and inventory levels using ERP systems to log time and materials accurately.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service and Management to handle emergency order changes and data discrepancies.
