Reporting to the department responsible for implementing solutions for our customers, as a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the main point of contact for Turkish customers, gathering requirements, coordinating project implementation, and ensuring solutions are successfully deployed.
You will bridge sales and technical teams, manage timelines and costs, and support configuration and upgrades to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- For retailers (Supermarkets, Pharmacies, Electronics stores, Gas stations ex. Carrefour), working closely with the sales teams in the area, present Vusion solutions and gather customer requirements.
- Assemble, lead, and unite teams around pre-sales projects to prepare for roll-outs for independent or medium-sized retailers.
- Monitor projects using shared tools, ensuring that deadlines are met and costs are controlled.
- Act as the single point of contact for customers (internal and external) for all operational issues — technical, integration, upgrade requests, and installations.
- Support the rest of the team in developing upgrades (templates, technical configurations) for all types of customers.
