As Course Coordinator, you’ll be the driving force behind program excellence — shaping curriculum, building strong staff and student engagement, and ensuring compliance with academic policies and accreditation standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design & Deliver – Develop new courses and contribute to innovative research initiatives.
- Build Quality – Lead articulation arrangements, benchmarking, and moderation processes.
- Inspire & Mentor – Coordinate scholarly activities, staff development, and academic leadership.
- Ensure Excellence – Assist in annual internal audits and contribute to policy renewal.
- Shape Student Experience – Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and champion success.
- Lead Operations – Conduct staff performance reviews and provide input on academic resources.
- Collaborate Broadly – Work with the Dean on marketing, finance, admissions, and alumni initiatives.
- Promote Impact – Participate in student events, graduation ceremonies, and program marketing.
