Permanent, Part Time (30.4 hrs per week, 0.8 FTE or 4 days per week). Any 4 days, start and end times are flexible. 3 days on site must be on site.
Reporting to the Academic Clinic Coordinator, the primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality, contemporary teaching aligned with national curriculum standards while engaging and supporting students to meet their learning needs and develop as future professionals.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across lectures, tutorials, practical classes, online sessions, workshops, field excursions and clinical settings using innovative, student-centred approaches.
- Enhance course delivery by integrating current professional practice, industry experience and contemporary discipline knowledge.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment and provide regular, constructive feedback to support student progress and achievement of learning outcomes.
- Assess, mark and moderate student work in line with College requirements, policies and quality standards.
- Contribute to course and program development through feedback, industry consultation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in the scholarly, professional and community life of the College, including meetings, training, events and collaborative activities.
