We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our Sales teams by managing data, coordinating events, and ensuring deals move forward accurately and on time. This role is critical to keeping our sales process efficient and our internal teams aligned.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotes, proposals and supporting sales information
- Coordinate pricing details and ensure proposal accuracy
- Follow up and support pending deal requirements
- Organize final documentation
- Coordinate internal handoff meetings
- Process and Data Integrity
- Create and maintain contacts, leads, deals, and records in approved CRM
- Manage sales activity tracking
- Maintain accurate data for reporting, forecasting, and follow-up
- Manage customer onboarding data from CRM to ERP
- Maintain compliance requirements
- Send new process and customer announcements to internal teams
- Communicate deal handoff details to relevant teams ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Support weekly Sales & Marketing meetings, scorecards or reports
- Coordinate Customer visits, Expos, and other events
- Partner with Marketing on advertising and promotional opportunities
- Track association events, renewals, and sign-ups to system entry
- Maintain annual Sales and Marketing calendar
