In your daily duties, you will:
- Review and manage Institutional Client Account documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance
- Provide support for client platform access, including troubleshooting and password resets
- Monitor and process cash transfers, performing necessary client call backs
- Manage the Institutional Clients pipeline and provide administrative support to the team
- Handle client complaints and ensure they are logged and processed according to procedures
- Adhere to industry regulations and company policies, particularly regarding GDPR, MiFID, anti-money laundering, and privacy
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through courteous and professional communication
- Represent Swissquote at industry events and conferences in Luxembourg and abroad (mainly Germany)
