The Graphic Design Specialist will collaborate closely with the VP of marketing and the wider investment management team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies. Your expertise will be essential in driving campaigns that align with our marketing and communications goals. Responsibilities:
- Use your strategic marketing and design expertise to deliver:
- Investment fund-related projects: websites, presentations, investment decks, and other requirements from conception to finality
- Investor relations: reporting, newsletters, data room, LP-driven requests
- Events: annual general meeting
- Property marketing initiatives: oversight and design brochures, e-blast, presentations, IC memos, websites/landing pages, ad and social media campaigns, etc.
- Creative strategy that converts into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through
- Research, make recommendations for projects, and understand and articulate how marketing can support the business to achieve its objectives
- Deliver cutting-edge, creative marketing deliverables utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
- Manages content on various commercial real estate and social media platforms
- Creates content based on strategic objectives that drives the visual strategy
- Proven knowledge of core commercial real estate concepts and ability to translate into marketing outcomes
- Can stay in front of marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals
- Understands Stream鈥檚 platform, technologies, and reporting to connect the dots and assist professionals in leveraging resources for their success in the context of marketing
- Acts as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality control with all internal and external deliverables produced within the investment management platform
- Manages competing priorities and managing timelines and expectations
