POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our local marketing team. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator and strong communicator with a solid understanding of commercial real estate and a proven ability to create high-quality, visually engaging, and business-relevant marketing deliverables.
This role reports to the Strategic Marketing Director/Manager and collaborates closely with brokers, designers, and national marketing leads.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Pursuit Marketing
- Lead the strategy and development of client-facing proposals, presentations, and pursuit deliverables with compelling, on-brand content and design.
- Serve as a marketing advisor to brokers, helping position teams and services competitively through storytelling, value articulation, and custom collateral.
Property Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, e-blasts, social graphics, signage, and landing pages.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for new listings, tenant outreach, and property repositioning.
- Support advertising strategy and oversee deliverables for digital and print campaigns.
Content & Brand Stewardship
- Write and edit content across materials with a focus on clarity, tone, and brand alignment.
- Ensure all deliverables reflect Stream鈥檚 visual and verbal identity standards.
- Collaborate with National Marketing for PR initiatives, press releases, and service line positioning.
Project & Platform Management
- Leverage marketing technologies including Capture (CRM), NavigatorCRE, GIS, and Stream鈥檚 template libraries to support efficient, scalable execution.
- Use project management tools to track timelines, priorities, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized archives and content libraries to enable reuse and efficiency.
Strategic Thinking & Leadership
- Anticipate marketing needs, identify areas of improvement, and proactively offer solutions that enhance broker success and marketing performance.
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and design innovations to keep Stream ahead of the curve.
- Act as a brand ambassador and quality control lead for all externally facing deliverables in the local market.
