DESIGNATION/ TITLE - Team Lead/Asst. Manager-Inside Sales FCS
LOCATION - Bangalore
OBJECTIVE
- Ensure customer satisfaction and good experience leading to customer retention and repeat business
- Own and optimize the complete order handing and execution process
Roles and Responsibilities:
The job encompasses but is not limited to the following Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execution of order management tasks
- Provide backend support to Sales Engineers/Managers for entire order cycle (Inception to closure
- Maintenance of database in CRM, SAP, other portals; if any. Ensures unified data in SAP/CRM
- Facilitate and complete order processing activity
- Provide quick, precise responses to all sales inquiries associated with special applications, systems and pricing. Provides pricing and delivery information
- Procures and maintains inventory. Monitors to ensure proper inventory turns
- Delegate and close leads in CRM
- Assist in all the presales activities, which includes billing, shipping, GST etc.
- Resolution of pricing discrepancies for the products in sync with production and sales team
- Helping with bids for new contracts and supporting buying activities
- Performs follow-up to ensure timely shipment of materials and customer satisfaction. Document and coordinating in of High Sea sales and C forms.
- Follow up for any outstanding payment and submitting the reports as per deadlines
- MIS report preparation for various segments as per set timelines through data available in internal BI tools
- Lead and manage the Inside sales team
