Business Developer – Residential and Commercial

As part of SOMFY’s Push & Pull strategy, you will expand our footprint in the residential, commercial, and hospitality markets by building strong partnerships with key construction stakeholders and turning opportunities into long-term business success.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Promote Somfy’s innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
• Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
