Key responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Develop, prospect and animate your customer portfolio of B2C installers, B2C assemblers and Somfy Experts.
- Hunt for new business opportunities and acquire new customers in your territory.
- Execute and deploy the annual sales & marketing plans towards your customer portfolio.
- Increase “direct” sales to your customers and prospects.
- Promote and prescribe our solutions to secure and grow “indirect” sales via our partners.
- Manage and develop the Somfy Expert network, ensuring high visibility of the brand and activation of the dedicated program.
- Focus on access products (gate and garage door automation) for both Somfy and BFT, positioning our brands as the preferred choice in the market.
- Prepare commercial offers and negotiate cooperation terms with clients at various management levels.
- Analyze and report on a regular basis the performance and results of your portfolio, and propose concrete action plans.
- Organize meetings, local trainings and product presentations, and effectively communicate strong sales arguments.
- Ensure intensive field presence, with a target of approximately 4 customer visits per day.
