Job Description

Assign daily schedule to production/packaging personnel
Aid in the direction of setups and adjustments of the machines
Ensures ability to understand specifications, blueprints, and job orders
Enforces safety regulations
Evaluates individuals on on-going basis and identifies training needs
Adheres to companywide meetings or any adjustments approved by Director of Operations
Observe working environment, quality and quantity of work flow
Manages temporary workforce and adjusts to meet daily needs
Interact on regular basis with team members to aid in removing roadblocks for success
Maintains records and time of all production personnel including sick and vacation time
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Compliance and participation in all Smiths Connectors EHS programs, policies, procedures and training requirements
