SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Assembly Operator performs complex assembly using machinery, tools and equipment. The role includes following detailed instructions and conducting standard quality control (QC) testing.
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- CXS
- Perform machine assembly (wiring, generator, detector).
- Perform Final Assembly that is done after cross check completed including obtaining approval from RPO.
- GENERATOR
- Perform inner assembly process for all models of generator (material preparation & jumper, tube & cap assembly, sub-inner assembly, inner assembly & inspection).
- Perform offline preparation to support generator assembly line (lead shielding, stamping lead coat & lead plate, housing assembly & inspection, lacing assembly)
- Perform oil filing (oil line filter assembly, oil cooler, oil filing, oil cleaning, oil cooler assembly, expansion tank assembly, operate Mica fluid Oil purification system, electrical safety test & leakage test for oil cooler).
- Perform inner assembly for HR12 & HR14 (heating transformer assembly, anode assembly, cathode assembly, complete assembly).
- Perform external assembly for HR12 & HR14 (set assembly & ATU assembly).
- IMS
- Perform assembly process for all IMS products (wash & bake, swab assembly, pen assembly, token assembly, condenser assembly, calibrant assembly, reactant assembly, membrane assembly).
- Perform QC testing for all IMS products (cleanliness & sensitivity).
- GENERAL
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to production efficiency and quality.
- Other duties as required.
