Primary Position Objective
- Manage & grow the sales of Smiths Detection for assigned products & channel
- Build strong relationship with existing customers as well as potential customers
- Work closely with internal key stakeholders in Japan as well as overseas offices and factories
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for meeting sales and aftermarket sales targets & budgets
- Manage key customers to develop and win projects.
- Meet the company鈥檚 expectation for growth align with Sales strategy plan.
- Build sustainable long-term relationships with key stakeholders including customers, distributors and regulators, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Responsible for driving the developing new markets and customers across the region.
- Responsible for managing whole sales processes from initiation, project development, tender, contract, installation, acceptance and beyond to subsequent sales.
- Manage & report on the pipeline of opportunities in the sales territory.
