Job duties to include but are not limited to.
Maintains shipping documentation in line with company and DOT requirements/regulations. Coordination of shipments between the Freight Forwarders, Carriers and shipping/receiving teams. Works with Domestic and International Vendors in the coordination of shipping Material.
- Create delivery notes for Shipments as per Sale Orders, Purchase Orders and Stock Transfer orders (Either domestic and/or international).
- Work with Trade Compliance for certifications, export permits and required documentation
- ship and generate Export documents for International Shipments
- Work with TMS (Mercury Gate) to quote, arrange and track shipments
- Schedule Carrier for pick up and loading of Outbound Shipments
- Coordinating with Freight forwarder for shipment pickups
- Ship RTV parts to vendor for repair and/or product shipments
- Process RMAs on Customer Returns
- Work with other departments/Groups to resolve shipping discrepancies and or issues
- Work with Sales/Programs/Material Handlers on Customer Returns
- Generate Hazmat documents
- Comply with all applicable U.S. export control and security regulations.
- Back up other members of the Department for Vacations and other times off
- Other duties as required.
