Smiths Detection is looking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to take ownership of UK payroll delivery and employee benefits, ensuring our people are paid accurately and on time while supporting a seamless HR experience.
About the role
You will be the subject matter expert for UK payroll and benefits, working closely with HR, Finance and external providers. This role combines hands鈥憃n processing, problem鈥憇olving, governance, and continuous improvement, while also supporting wider HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
