We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Horizontal Solutions APAC GTM Strategic Leader to drive transformative growth across our Horizontal Solutions portfolio. This senior executive will blend strategic acumen with deep operational and practitioner experience, serving as a strategic advisor to our most senior customers and internal stakeholders including the COO and President of APAC. The ideal candidate is a proven operator with a strong bias for action, a track record of CXO-level engagement, and the ability to translate strategy into scalable, customer-centric programs and frameworks. The candidate will sit on the APAC president's leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the APAC GTM strategy and program execution across Horizontal Solutions, aligning with corporate objectives and market dynamics
- Partner within the Horizontal Solutions GTM team, marketing, field enablement, partner organization, and customer success to ensure cohesive program execution and value delivery
- Develop strategic frameworks and programs that enable field teams to build executive-level relationships with strategic customers
- Champion customer-centricity across the organization, ensuring feedback loops inform product and GTM decisions
- Design and orchestrate cross-functional GTM programs and motions, including launch planning, enablement frameworks, and performance measurement systems
- Establish and optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and KPIs to ensure accountability and impact
- Stay ahead of market trends, competitive shifts, and emerging technologies to inform GTM strategy and positioning
- Represent the company at industry events, panels, and executive forums
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of GTM strategists, program managers, and practitioners
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
