As Business Unit Lead Aerospace, you will oversee the commercial and operational development of our aerospace activities in Germany, with Airbus as a key strategic customer. This 360° role combines team leadership, business development, and operational management, offering a unique opportunity to shape and expand SEGULA Technologies’ presence in the aerospace sector.
Main responsibilities
Develop and lead sales and business acquisition activities for Airbus and related aerospace accounts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, from bid preparation to negotiation and contract closure.
Drive revenue growth and meet performance objectives through close collaboration with customers and internal teams.
Define, implement, and update the commercial development plan for the BU.
Collaborate with Operations, Support Functions, and Aero France teams to ensure project success and service excellence.
Lead and support a team of 7 FTEs, specialized in subcontracted manufacturing.
Prepare regular business reports and strategic recommendations for the Managing Director Germany.
Contribute to site management and future development perspectives.
