We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program / Product Coordination Manager to ensure product plans and programs are executed on time. This role is responsible for tracking timelines, managing cross-functional communication, escalating risks, and supporting issue resolution. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a “closer” who drives results, and can lead teams through high-pressure situations with clarity and calm.
Key Responsibilities
Program Execution & Timeline Management
Ensure product plans, programs, and parts are delivered on schedule
Compile, maintain, and track detailed timelines
Monitor status and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
Escalate late or at-risk programs and parts as needed (without necessarily leading recovery plans)
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as primary liaison between product development, engineering, and other internal teams
Coordinate responses and communication across teams to resolve issues efficiently
Documentation & Budget Tracking
Write, track, and manage technical or service bulletins
Write and track engineering or technical requisitions
Compile and maintain program budgets
Leadership & Issue Resolution
Lead meetings and guide teams through complex or urgent situations
Remove roadblocks, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions forward
Act as a “quarterback” during high-visibility situations by:
Defining the problem clearly
Bringing teams together to define solutions
Presenting problems and solutions effectively to senior management
