The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) works in partnership with business leaders and employees to ensure a complete understanding of business needs, objectives, and workforce priorities. This role serves as a strategic consultant to management on human resources鈥搑elated issues and collaborates with other HR functions to deliver effective and consistent HR solutions that support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with assigned business units to understand business objectives and provide HR expertise and solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence in areas such as : Succession Planning, Talent Management, Labor Relations, Employment and Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance and Training and Development.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to analyze and design systems and processes that effectively attract, reward, and motivate the workforce.
- Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Interpret and apply survey and market data, employee data, labor agreements, and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Support labor forecasting, workforce planning, and recruitment initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Participate in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
