ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for NAND memory DPPM evaluations and Failure Analysis.
- Designing and developing reliability sequences for given technology node and actual reliability test execution.
- Active involvement in DPPM study, characterization and resolution, electrical failure analysis, screen development and fab process countermeasures.
- Keen interest in device and statistical analysis are added advantages.
- Some of the other areas that this position will include will be: R&D support, DPPM improvement, test documentation, NAND device knowledge and understanding, using various bench equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeter), and interacting with other engineering groups.
