ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the long-term vision and test strategies for the wafer test team, aligning department objectives with overall company strategic goals to ensure competitiveness in yield, quality, reliability, and performance.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Oversee the end-to-end execution of wafer test development for NPI and production ramp projects, ensuring seamless transition from development to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
- Resource and Project Management: Manage project schedules, allocate resources effectively (testers, probers, lab equipment), and define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Evaluate advanced semiconductor devices through testing, measurement, and data analysis.
- Collaborate across teams to link device physics and develop test methodologies and algorithms for wafer test and characterization.
- Conduct experiments, analyze device data, investigate root-causes, and present findings.
- Mentor peers, lead technical reviews, and serve as a subject-matter expert.
